Due to scheduled maintenance work, Ensembl Genomes BLAST will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday 7th May 2024.

The BLAST tools on the Ensembl Genomes non-vertebrates sites will be affected while the maintenance is being carried out.

BLAST jobs submitted during this period will either be queued and processed after the maintenance work has been completed, or may fail and need to be resubmitted.

The other tools and functionality on the main Ensembl site, archives, mirrors, Ensembl Genomes non-vertebrates sites, REST API and public MySQL server will be unaffected and will be available as normal while the work is being carried out.
