Human and Mouse Regulatory Evidence datasets will be retired from the Regulation BioMart in Ensembl 107.

As part of our long-term plan to use external ChIP-seq tracks in our regulatory build, we will no longer be storing peaks within our internal database, but will use standard bioinformatics formats, like BED directly. As a result, the peak datasets will be removed from BioMart.  

We will continue to make our peaks available for a given release on our FTP site, although it is important to note that the layout of files can change between releases.

In order to support existing programmatic access, BioMarts with regulatory evidence will continue to be available with stable URLs on our archive sites.
