We are pleased to announce the latest release of Ensembl Genomes (EG!39). Highlights include new genomes (Stalk-eyed fly and Waterflea) and a polyploid view for Wheat. Read on to find out more about new data and features:

• New genomes: Stalk-eyed fly (Teleopsis dalmanni) and Waterflea (Daphnia magna)
• Updated protein domains using InterProScan (with InterPro version 67)

• New feature: Polyploid view for Wheat allows to view alignments between the three genome components
